Had really really nice stay on the first night otherwise a great stay, the staff were friendly efficient, location was absolutely perfect on the shore. We booked twin room with great views and could use wake-up service, available in it. We liked this, haven't been in a better hotel.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Fantastic place, it was clean and had very nice staff especially the Receptionist. The rooms were immaculate, inviting, and the beds were lovely. Having different cold drinks in the downstairs bar was a very nice touch.
Paid gbp 7 per 24 hours to access the net, but Wi-Fi was terrible.

It was perfect place for travelling to Benidorm, I was glad to stay there. There were lovely beds and a fridge, an electric kettle, and climate control inside the room. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was lovely. The location was very central, near the pedestrian walkway, Benidorms boardwalk and clubs nearby. The service was attentive, no complaints whatsoever.

Its location was particularly good and fab, right by the seafront, Benidorms boardwalk near the new town and bars and night life. Besides, an 18th-century windmill was 4 km away from the property. Loved reasonably large and airy suite on level 23, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

Generally, the place was stylish and had very-very nice and unobtrusive staff especially the Receptionist. The room was immaculate and perfect and included a balcony and a lounge area, greatly enjoyed it. Great location for visiting bars and restaurants close enough to the hotel. You could walk to a market and shops.
